By purchasing this preset pack, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the presets under the following conditions:

You ARE allowed to:

• Use presets for personal and professional photography

• Use presets on client work

• Use presets on social media and commercial projects

You are NOT allowed to:

• Resell, share, or redistribute the presets

• Claim the presets as your own

• Modify and sell them as your own product

• Share files with friends, clients, or online communities

Ownership
All presets remain the property of William J. Hilliard Creative.

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
